RENTAL AGREEMENT:

• Guests are required to sign a short rental agreement before check-in

• A secure link will be sent once the booking is confirmed

• Check-in details are provided after completion

• If your booking is longer than 21 nights, a midstay clean is required to be completed during your stay. Once booked further details will be messaged to you.

RUBBISH & BINS:

• Guests are responsible for managing their own waste during the stay

• Please recycle correctly and place bins out on collection days if required
