STAIRS / LAYOUT NOTICE:

This property is set over split levels, with an open staircase leading from the living area to the lower floor where the bedrooms are located. Due to the open design, the property may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. Guests are asked to take care when using the stairs.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

• Guests are required to sign a short rental agreement before check-in

• A secure link will be sent once the booking is confirmed

• Check-in details are provided after the agreement is completed

RUBBISH AND BINS:

• Guests are responsible for managing their own waste during the stay

• Please use the correct bins and recycling

• For longer stays, guests may be asked to put bins out on collection days

• If your booking is longer than 21 nights, a midstay clean is required to be completed during your stay. Once booked further details will be messaged to you.
