The space
• There is a Nesspresso Virtuo Pip by Delonghi in the property. Please note we do not supply coffee pods for this, if you wish to use it please bring your own.
• Parking; parking in Bath can be tricky. Services like ‘Parking Scout’ or ‘Just Park’ are useful for finding suitable spots. We may be able to provide a parking permit for 1 vehicle however can only confirm availability close to your date of arrival.
🔹Bath no longer offers free parking, however if needed a parking permit for 1 vehicle may be able to be provided. This is subject to permit availability.
Guest access
• Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay.
• Access to all bedrooms and living areas
• Full use of the kitchen

• Self check-in for convenient arrival

Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
• A £25 fee applies for approved early check-ins or late check-outs
• Please ensure that the guest count is accurate when booking as additional fees for unlisted guests may/will apply.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
• Guests are required to sign a short rental agreement before check-in
• A secure link will be sent once the booking is confirmed
• Check-in details are provided after the agreement is completed
RUBBISH AND BINS:
• Guests are responsible for managing their own waste during the stay
• Please use the correct bins and recycling
• For longer stays, guests may be asked to put bins out on collection days
• If your booking is longer than 21 nights, a midstay clean is required to be completed during your stay. Once booked further details will be messaged to you.
