Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability.

Other things to note
➣ The annex is attached to the main house, so guests are asked to be considerate of the homeowners and neighbours during their stay.

➣ Early check-in and late check-out may be available. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to coordinate with the cleaning team. A £25 fee applies for early or late check-in/out.

➣ Guests must sign a rental agreement before check-in details are provided. A link will be sent once the booking is confirmed.

Guests will need to assist with Rubbish collection and taking bins out to street during their stay. Guests need to manage their own waste (ensuring they are recycling and putting rubbish into the correct bins).

• Please ensure that the guest count is accurate when booking as additional fees for unlisted guests may/will apply.

• If your booking is longer than 21 nights, a midstay clean is required to be completed during your stay. Once booked further details will be messaged to you.
