RENTAL AGREEMENT

• Guests are required to sign a short rental agreement before check-in

• A secure link will be sent once the booking is confirmed

• Check-in details are provided after the agreement is completed

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• A refundable security deposit is required for all stays. This is processed securely through our Airbnb-approved management system and is fully returned after check-out once the property has been inspected.

• Guests will need to pay a refundable security deposit of £500 before check-in.

• A secure link will be sent once the booking is confirmed

• Check-in details are provided after the deposit has been authorised.

RUBBISH AND BINS

• Guests are responsible for managing their own waste during the stay

• Please use the correct bins and recycling

• For longer stays, guests may be asked to put bins out on collection days
