The practical essentials are where a lot of serviced accommodation quietly cuts corners, and it’s where we don’t. Washing machines and proper laundry facilities, free or private parking at most homes, fresh linen and towels provided as standard, and a professional clean before every single stay — no exceptions.
And then there’s the detail that turns a good stay into a memorable one: private gardens, separate living areas so a family or group isn’t forced into one room, multiple bathrooms in the larger houses, and at select properties, genuine extras like a pool table, hot tub, sauna, or private pool.
